A DeFi protocol team of ~45 people across 12 countries, with significant TVL, was burning time on multi-sig batches, governance handoffs, and coordination across chains. Wallet UIs and a few “ops owners” were not a durable system.

The Challenge

3-of-7 multi-sig across chains meant long signing sessions and frequent nonce mistakes. Turning passed proposals into on-chain actions took 2–3 days and inconsistent write-ups. Audit trails for treasury moves were thin. Time zones and hero operators made every routine payout a coordination project.

Our Solution

We built workflow around how they actually move money and ship governance: request, simulate, sign, verify, log.

• Multi-sig orchestration with nonce handling, ceremony structure, and pre-flight simulation
• Governance pipeline from proposal to validated on-chain steps and post-checks
• Policy and monitoring on treasury activity with full logging
• Dashboards for pending txs, positions, and governance queue
